  Business Tax Credits for Supplies

  Offer businesses a tax credit for providing employees with a few basic supplies (flashlight, food bar, water bottle, bag, information). They could also get credits for BERT programs at their sites.

  Increase Inclusivity - VOAD, Business, Government

  Increase inclusivity...ensure that NGOs big and small, including neighborhood associations and churches, participate in VOAD. Then ensure that VOAD partners fully with government and business. Bring representation from all areas to the table regularly. Consistency in efforts and message, and creative utilization of all community resources, increases community resiliency.
